Irresistible Salads
I was commissioned by Harper Collins to illustrate a recipe book in collaboration The National Trust titled ‘Irresistible Salads’, written by Sophie Knox Richmond. It included 15 full page recipe illustrations and many spot illustrations throughout, depicting a lovely range of fresh and vibrant salads.
